Subliminal was one of the first house labels I can recall remembering when I first got into house music. When you look at house music as a whole, Subliminal is a formative piece in the formula. I mainly got into house music through my older brother, and Subluminal and Erick Morillo (RIP) are forever imprinted in my mind. What Goes Up by Touché was released in 2018 and for me this record didn’t fit the Subliminal sound, but it is such a bass filled groovy track that I always had it on rotation. Maybe because this track was licensed through Armada Subjekt, when it usually isn’t? I don’t know how all the ins and outs work with licensing and releases, just check out the track below and enjoy.
