We will negotiate rates and determine the optimum price point. We will then set up your very own event website, take the reservations, manage the group, liaison with the property or cruise line, set up all the function space and fulfill all ryders and backline requests. First, we'll interview you, the band manager, to completely understand your needs, the bands needs, (from backline requirements to the most complicated ryders), your scheduling issues, fan base, and advertising methods. Then, together with you, we will select the perfect location, negotiate the best prices, determine the duration of the event, and set the right price.
